BAKED VANILLA OATMEAL WITH NUTMEG
I had some time before work today, so I decided to make something easy and quick. I choose this recipe because I have an oatmeal obsession lately, and also because this makes 8 servings. I thought that I could put it into individual containers for a quick grab and go during the week. The house smelled delicious! Here's the recipe:
Makes 8 servings. 2/3c each. Prep Time: 10 minutes. Total time: 45-50min

¼ tsp. sea salt (or Himalayan salt)
3 cups unsweetened almond milk
1 tsp. vanilla extract
2 large eggs
¼ cup unsweetened applesauce
2 Tbsp. raw honey
